  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 9-12 business days.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

6.1 We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. 6.2 If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 1 business day with photos of the damaged items for resolution. 6.3 In case of missing shipments, please allow 2 working days for carriers to update tracking before contacting support.

7.1 Customers must provide an accurate shipping address; incorrect details may result in delayed or undelivered shipments. 7.2 Address modifications are only possible before order processing; once shipped, no changes can be made.
